This explains what Sri Lalita Agni Moorthi Prakasha Trust (the Trust) collects when you use srilalithagni.org, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you type when you book a seva: your name, mobile number, email, sankalpam details and any message.
• Payment details from Razorpay, such as the payment ID and amount. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

What we use it for

• Performing the seva you booked and sending you a receipt.
• Contacting you about your booking if we need to.
• Keeping accounts as the law requires.

We don't sell or share your details with anyone except Razorpay, and where the law requires it. To change or delete your details, email info@srilalithagni.org .

Terms

• Sevas and donations made on this website are voluntary offerings to the Trust.
• We perform poojas and homams on your preferred date where we can. If that date isn't possible, we perform it on the nearest suitable day.
• All amounts are in Indian Rupees. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
• We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.

Refunds

Offerings to the Trust are generally not refundable. If you were charged twice, or charged for a seva we could not perform, email info@srilalithagni.org or call +91 98765 43210 within 7 days with your payment ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
